Add Cut-shorts to View Settings/Scale Factors

Users cannot change the size of cut-short symbol. The cut-short symbol is drawn proportional to the pipe OD while in single line mode. It sometimes looks too big or too small.

Add label box for flexible joints

It would be helpful if flexible joints could have a label or tag added. This would be similar to how many components in AutoPIPE have the ability to label components, such as supports and anchors.
