Non-nuclear Fatigue Analysis

I am planning to include non-nuclear fatigue in a future release. We already support ASME III NB method for nuclear and want to provide a general approach to be used with other design codes. I am looking for interest in the idea and any suggestion...

Reference point - nonsymmetric allowable

Reference point is great tool to verify connector capacity. Currently only symmetric allowable values could be used. Many times connectors allowable loads are nonsymmetric ex. range of values -80 to 0kN or -150 to 350kNm. See attached image. It wo...

Total Length of Pipe

Once pipe properties are assigned to a run, the total length of the run with that property is calculated. For example I have 3 runs, a 2ft run, 4 ft run and 2 ft run. I assigned the property of A335P11 to the 2ft runs and SS36 to the 4ft run. Auto...

Increase allowable number of internal data points from 10,000 to 100,000 or more

AutoPIPE's analysis is blocked if total number of points (piping points+ soil points + frame nodes) is greater than 10,000. Suggest to increase the limit number of node points from 10,000 to 100,000 or more.

Support Detail Fig # and Allowable Support Load Ratings

Ensuring support info (gaps, friction, stiffness) is correct and reviewing support results are some of the more time consuming tasks. It would be very handy to be able to set up a library of support detail figure numbers with allowable load ratings.

Reference Loads - Results Database

Currently, AutoPIPE does not have the option to export reference loads to a .mdb file. I want to be able to easily compare the Reference Loads to their allowable. This is most handy when you have radial nozzles. Please include the allowable loads ...
