Get rid of annoying windows beep sound

This is a really annoying sound. The UI shall provide a feature to disable the annoying beep sound. The attached wiki link proposes to disable Windows Sounds, but this disables all other Windows Sounds that serve a purpose outside of Autopipe. A suitable solution shall be to provide the user an option to only disable this sound in Autopipe Settings without affecting normal Windows use.
