Allow gap supports with response spectra analysis

Response spectrum analysis is a static equivalent linear analysis to a dynamic earthquake event. AutoPIPE allows the use of V-Stops with gaps for static analysis. The condition of the gap closure and subsequent support loading is determined by evaluating a sequence of load cases. Gaps are not allowed with response spectra analysis (because AutoPIPE considers this a dynamic analysis) despite the method being a static equivalent to a dynamic event. It would be advantageous to include gap functionality with response spectra analysis particularly for the analysis of existing systems that include supports defined as tension-only. The reality is that tension-only pipe supports can support loading in the compression direction following closure of the gap between the pipe and support strap.
