100-40-40 spatial combination option

In Response Spectra Analysis, the spatial combination is always SRSS. The NRG 1.92 rev. 2 accepts as an alternative the use of the 100-40-40 method, as proposed by Newmark, to spatially combine the components. An option to select between SRSS or 100-40-40 will be helpful.
