Include Snow and Ice Loads in Spring/Hanger Selection Calculations

Currently, AutoPIPE allows snow loads to be applied for stress analysis; however, snow and ice loads are not automatically considered during spring and hanger selection.

An enhancement would be to provide an option for including snow and ice loads in the operating and design loads used for spring/hanger sizing and selection. In regions subject to winter weather conditions, accumulated snow and ice can significantly increase pipe weight and Spring support loads. Considering these environmental loads in Gravity load case during support selection would help ensure that springs and hangers are sized appropriately for actual field conditions.
