Add features to include Type A/B fitting pressure factor for En13480 piping code

Add options into application that accommodates En13480 table A.2 specification for all fittings per En10253 requirements to define pressure factors to be applied to fittings of Type A and wall thickness requirements of fittings of Type B.

Add options to enter type A and B piping component (i.e. bends, Tees, reducers, etc..) per EN 10253-2 for use in a model with piping code = En 13480.

hi. It is important to be able to correctly model EnTyoe A and B fittings. Right now I have a spreadsheet where I multiply the calculated code stress with the allowed type A fitting utilization ratio. Especially the tees at weak wit approx 25% allowed utilisation. Even when doing this there is an error in the sif factors of the fittings used because they consider type B reinforced fittings like in ASME. Programs like ROHR2 correctly calculates this. Br Erik.
