Bring back AutoPipe Nozzle in AutoPipe

AutoPipe Nozzle has been discontinued for some time now. Many users and prospects are looking for this feature in the latest version of AutoPipe which is missing. It is good to have this feature back in AutoPipe future versions

Export Model Explorer results to then run Batch generator commands

Search for a number of models using AutoPIPE's Model Explorer utility and then export that list of models over to AutoPIPE Batch Generator to then run a number of commands on the list of models.

In Wiki Errors section improve E514-2 description of"Why and How to Avoid"

Add to E514-2 error description found in AutoPIPE Wiki that when re-running Time History analyses using older models, Time History Profile (*.THP) files may need to be created by importing old (*.TIH) files.
