Upgrade Autopipe code base to 64 bit platform

As the complexity of stress models increase, with multiple load cases, seismic cases, input loads, static analysis sets, thermal cases, nonlinear analysis, etc, we have seen Autopipe lag significantly. One idea to improve the speed and performance of Autopipe is to use 64 bit architecture.

    AutoPIPE code base is already 98% 64bit. Only two modules remain; replacements for Results Grids and Charting will be delivered in the next release. 64bit architecture on its own does not automatically result in significant performance changes, these will come in future updates.
