AccuDraw functionality to be able to select, place and move components

This will be a huge improvement with the ability to interact with Autopipe. Currently, users have to use a coordinate system, and map out changes to the Autopipe Mode. A feature similar to Accudraw in Microstation would significantly improve the ability for users to model piping.

    Agreed a more dynamic way to enter geometry would be an improvement. We want to improve the whole graphical experience and modelling is a part of this.
