Allow import of large coordinates from CAD systems

Currently AutoPIPE have an option to shift the coordinates when importing PCF files with large coordinates (more than 6 digits). Also if this option is not selected, the piping import will fail as the pipe lengths would be messed up.

I understand that AutoPIPE database is stored in real*4 instead of real*8 and hence this limitation. if upgrading the database is not planned in the near future, I suggest storing the coordinate offset in a new field with real*8 and add that offset as needed for display or in the results.

Also please add INCH.UNT file so that the user can interrogate the imported CAD model with length units in inches.
