Component Level FRS

Similar to the attached PIPESTRESS Amplified Spectrum Generator, add a post-processing tool to AutoPIPE that can generate FRS at any node in the model (i.e., component-level FRS). This is useful when a small branch is decoupled from a large model and analyzed separately, yet we still need to account for the SEISMIC excitation coming from the large-bore pipe to the small-bore decoupled pipe under investigation.
