CMB Files keep dropping off after importing

The load combinations keep having to be updated by re-importing the CMB file constantly when doing the analysis. Making the imported CMB files more stable to where the user do not have to keep re-importing them so often would be a good idea to improve that consistency and the integrity of the analysis model.
