Add ability to insert support breakaway based on Friction load

Some manufacturer components define breakaway behavior based on applied load exceeding a specified friction force, rather than through a stiffness-based definition. After breakaway occurs, the component moves to a new position without any restoring force, and additional movement again requires the friction load to be exceeded.

To better support this behavior, add the capability for incline and rotational supports to define breakaway behavior based on a friction load, rather than relying solely on stiffness breakaway parameters.
