Rotate command should update Anchor translational and rotational stiffness components

When an Anchor support is rotated using the Rotate command in AutoPIPE, the translational and rotational stiffness components do not update to reflect the new orientation. This leads to stiffness being applied in the wrong directions relative to the rotated coordinate system, which can produce incorrect boundary conditions and analysis results.
