Add number of nodes per segment to "re-order segments" to sort by large segments

Only the first 26 segments A to Z can have 999 nodes, e.g. A00 to A999. Other segments can only have 99 node, e.g. AA00 to AA99. Sorting by the number of nodes in the segment can help order these segments so that segments A to Z have the larger number of nodes. This way the node names will named as expected.
