Add TOTAL RUN TIME FEATURE/LOG to AutoPIPE Analyses

For large AutoPIPE analyses especially, it would be VERY helpful to know how long an AutoPIPE analysis took to run! I think the a log file with the time stamp, what analyses were run, and the total run time would probably be the best option. A pop-up window at the end of an analysis run telling the total run time or even better yet, run times for each analysis and the total run time.

After a running a large analysis (leaving it to run in the background or overnight, it would be helpful to know how long it took so one could judge how far a change to the model would set them back.
