Add option to connect disconnected segments after PCF or other import

Very often we are tasked of cleaning an imported PCF or other imports. We notice quite a few disconnected segments as evident with anchors at the middle of runs.

Very often the PCF import tolerance does not work, and many disconnections are imported.

It would help if you added a command in AutoPIPE to join disconnected segments:

  1. Connect points at disconnections (ask for tolerance)

  2. Delete anchors if any

  3. Join the connected segments

You may exclude disconnections at bend, reducers, valves.

Please note that often PCF import is created by a different team or a different company.
