Ring Tool - Ability to modify angles in the Ring Tool dialog

When a user defines custom projections in the Ring Tool dialog, and then realizes they need to add an additional angle, it is not possible. The current method requires the user to clear out the custom angles defined and reenter the custom defined projections.
